Terms

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms govern the use of all websites operated by Dennis Josek and the purchase of our products. Part A applies to everyone who uses our websites and free tools. Part B applies in addition to purchases on sleekwp.com, where we sell our products ourselves. Part C applies in addition to Blockstudio Plus, which a merchant of record sells on our behalf. Part D applies to all of them.

1. Provider

Dennis Josek, Paul-Robeson-Straße 49, 10439 Berlin, Germany, email hi@dennn.is, VAT identification number DE361543530 ("we", "us").

Part A: Use of our websites and free tools

2. Free use

Our websites, documentation, open source projects and online tools are free of charge. Using them does not create a contract for any particular service or availability. We may change, restrict or discontinue websites, tools and content at any time. Open source software we publish is governed by the licence stated in its repository; these terms do not restrict the rights that licence grants.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use our websites or tools to break the law or infringe the rights of others, to send spam, to attack, overload or probe our systems or those of third parties, to circumvent technical protection measures, or to access our websites with automated means in a way that impairs their operation. We may block access in the event of misuse.

4. Tool results and content

We create our content and tools with care, but results produced by our free tools (for example conversions, checks, formatting or generated text) are provided without guarantee of correctness, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Check results before you rely on them, especially for legal, financial, security or technical decisions.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, logos, product names and the design of our websites are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unless a licence allows it, you may not copy or use them beyond private use and quotation within the limits of the law.

Part B: Purchases on sleekwp.com

6. Scope and contract partner

Your contract partner for all purchases on sleekwp.com is Dennis Josek (section 1). These terms apply to consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB). Conflicting terms of a customer do not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

7. Products and licences

We sell licences for WordPress plugins and plugin bundles ("software"). The software is provided as a digital download; there is no physical delivery. The scope of a licence (the products included, the number of websites, the period for updates and support, and whether it is a yearly or a lifetime licence) follows from the product description at the time of the order.

• Yearly licences include updates and support for one year from the date of purchase. They do not renew automatically. After expiry you may continue to use the software version you have, but you no longer receive updates or support unless you buy a renewal.
• Lifetime licences, bundles and the All Access Pass are a one-time payment. The updates and support they include follow from the product description. "Lifetime" means for as long as we develop and distribute the product concerned.

The licence key activates updates and support for the number of websites included. You may not share licence keys with third parties or resell them. The copyright licence for the software itself follows from the licence notice included in the software.

8. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products on sleekwp.com is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the purchase button at the end of the checkout you submit a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. Before you submit the order you can review and correct all your details. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, at the latest when we confirm the payment and make the download and licence key available to you. We send you a confirmation of the contract with its content by email. The contract language is English. We store the contract text; you can view your orders in your customer account, and these terms are available on this page at any time.

9. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros. For consumers within the European Union, prices include the statutory VAT of the customer's country, which is shown in the checkout. Businesses within the European Union with a valid VAT identification number receive an invoice without VAT under the reverse charge procedure. You can pay with the payment methods offered in the checkout, which are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Payment is due on conclusion of the contract.

10. Delivery

Immediately after successful payment you receive the download links and your licence key on the confirmation page, by email and in your customer account.

11. 14-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase by email to hi@dennn.is, without giving reasons. With the refund, the licence is deactivated and your right to use updates and support ends. The guarantee does not apply in cases of evident abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product. Your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and warranty rights, are not affected.

12. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instructions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dennis Josek, Paul-Robeson-Straße 49, 10439 Berlin, Germany, email hi@dennn.is) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). You can also withdraw online with the withdrawal function at sleekwp.com/withdrawal/, linked as "Withdraw from contract" at the bottom of every page of sleekwp.com; we confirm the receipt of your withdrawal by email without undue delay. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun the performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract (§ 356 (5) BGB). The voluntary money-back guarantee in section 11 remains available to you in that case.

End of the withdrawal instructions

13. Warranty and updates

The statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, the provisions on digital products (§§ 327 et seq. BGB) apply, including our obligation to provide the updates necessary to keep the software in conformity with the contract for the period that you may reasonably expect. The software is designed for current versions of WordPress and PHP; the system requirements follow from the product description and documentation. Please report defects to hi@dennn.is.

14. Support

Support is provided by email and covers questions about installing, configuring and using the software as documented. It does not include custom development or support for third-party products.

Part C: Blockstudio Plus

15. Seller of Blockstudio Plus

We do not sell Blockstudio Plus ourselves. It is sold on our behalf by a merchant of record, which is named at checkout and on your receipt. This is the Stripe affiliate that appears as "Sold through Link" (currently Sold through Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), through Stripe Managed Payments. Purchases made on plus.blockstudio.dev before 4 November 2026 were sold by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar") under its buyer terms. You conclude the purchase contract with that merchant of record under the buyer terms shown at checkout, and we grant you the licence described in section 17. Part B does not apply to Blockstudio Plus.

16. Price, taxes and payment

Blockstudio Plus is a one-time payment. Its price is stated including VAT on our website and at checkout. The merchant of record calculates, collects and remits the sales tax, VAT or GST of your country; depending on your location, the checkout may show the price in your local currency. You pay on a checkout page of the merchant of record with the payment methods offered there; we do not see or store your payment details. The merchant of record sends you the receipt and the invoice by email.

17. Licence and access

With Blockstudio Plus you receive a licence for the site templates, blocks, system theme, AI instructions and the other resources of the Plus library, delivered as digital downloads from your account, including everything we add to the library later, and access to the private Discord server for Plus members. The licence is for one person and has no expiry date; "lifetime" means for as long as we develop and distribute Blockstudio Plus. You may use the material in as many of your own and your clients' projects as you like. You may not share your account or your downloads with others, or redistribute, resell or publish the material as such, for example as templates or blocks in another library or marketplace. Your access is linked to the email address you used at checkout; after the payment we email you how to sign in.

18. Refunds, withdrawal and support

Questions about a payment, refund requests and the withdrawal from a purchase are handled by the merchant of record named on your receipt: reply to your receipt, or for a purchase sold through Link contact Link support at support.link.com. You can also write to us at hi@dennn.is; we pass your request on and can have the purchase refunded. If you are a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal that the applicable consumer protection law gives you against the merchant of record, as set out in its buyer terms; for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium it can expire early once the download has begun with your express consent. A refund ends the licence and your access to Plus. Your statutory rights against the merchant of record are not restricted by these terms. Support for installing and using the templates and blocks is provided by us by email and in the Discord server; please report defects in the Plus material to hi@dennn.is.

Part D: General provisions

19. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent we have given a guarantee. In the case of slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely (cardinal obligation); in that case our liability is limited to the damage that is foreseeable and typical for the contract. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is excluded. These limitations also apply to the personal liability of our representatives and vicarious agents. For our free websites, tools and content (Part A) we are only liable for intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body or health.

Please keep regular backups of your website, especially before installing or updating software.

20. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for the future. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

22. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The law that governs a purchase contract with the merchant of record of Blockstudio Plus (Part C) follows from its buyer terms. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contracts with us is Berlin, Germany.

23. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

24. Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision.
